Minimum 2-3 years of warehouse or materials management experience
Demonstrated understanding of cGMP, GDP, and regulatory compliance.
Proven leadership ability with strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
Experience using ERP/WMS systems
Strong commitment to safety and quality
Forklift certification and hands-on material handling experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Proven project and change management expertise, with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop people through organizational change and drive behavioral change
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, energize, and guide teams
Comfortable thriving in conditions of change and complexity
