Facility Enrollment Coordinator

• Pay Range Statement: Compensation is based on the level and requirements of the role. Pay within our ranges may also be determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, location, and abilities as well as internal equity. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation based on role (e.g., shift differential, bonus, sales incentive, productivity pay, etc.).

HealthPartners is looking to hire a Facility Enrollment Coordinator to join our team!  Come join us as a Partner for Good and help us make an impact on the care and experience that our patients and their families receive every day. 

Position Summary:

This position completes facility enrollment for Medicare and Medicaid across all HealthPartners hospitals and clinics. This role utilizes a high degree of problem-solving and complexity of administration across government program requirements for facility enrollment while meeting all deadlines.  This position will also be responsible for creating and maintaining documentation on facility enrollment processes.   

Required Qualifications:

Education, Experience or Equivalent Combination: 

• Associate degree with two to four years of experience in a similar setting or four to six years of experience in a position with related responsibilities, preferably with a health care facility or an insurance company in a corporate environment.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management 
• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid enrollment processes
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills 
• Proficiency with healthcare data systems and documentation software 
• Excellent organizational and communication skills 
• Ability to manage multiple enrollment projects and meet strict deadlines 
• Communicate in a professional manner with internal and external customers. 
• Knowledge in computer applications including MS Word, MS Excel and database administration.

Preferred Qualifications:

Education, Experience or Equivalent Combination: 

• 1 year facility enrollment experience
