    • Work Schedule: Extended Access - 4 on / 10 off Schedule Model
    • Hours Per Week/FTE: 23.2 hrs weekly / .58 FTE
    • Job Shift: Day/Evening

    • Pay Range: $260000.00 - $385008.00 annually
    • Pay Range Statement: Compensation is based on the level and requirements of the role. Pay within our ranges may also be determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, location, and abilities as well as internal equity. After the salary guarantee period, this position will be compensated based on work RVU productivity. In addition to base compensation, this position may be eligible for work RVU productivity bonus.
    • Overtime Eligibility Status: Exempt

    Park Nicollet Clinics is seeking Family Medicine Physicians to join our Extended Hours Access team that will redefine work-life balance while providing extended access care at our Maple Grove clinic. This non-traditional schedule model will appeal to lifestyle-conscious candidates interested in a .58 – 1.0 FTE that values autonomy, flexibility, and team-based care. Minimum 5+ years full scope Family Medicine experience.

    At Park Nicollet Clinic we work together as a team to achieve success. Park Nicollet family medicine clinicians are supported by their peers and by a network of care team professionals in each clinic. As a Park Nicollet clinician, you can expect your time off to truly be your own. 

    • No Call

    • In-basket support

    • An on-site department assistant to assist with clerical tasks

    • An on-site RN to support patients with complex conditions and assist you with patient follow-up

    • Triage provided by registered nurses

    As a Primary Care Clinician, you will be part of the largest multi-specialty care system in the Twin Cities. The position requires board certification/board eligibility in Family Medicine. This is an out-patient position where you will have the ability to perform a range of in-clinic procedures.
