    • Pay Range Statement: Compensation is based on the level and requirements of the role. Pay within our ranges may also be determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, location, and abilities as well as internal equity. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation based on role (e.g., shift differential, bonus, sales incentive, productivity pay, etc.).

    Regions Hospital is looking to hire an exceptional, patient focused Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Digestive Care team and make a difference for our patients and our community.

    Under the direction of the Nurse Manager and the supervision of the registered nurse, the LPN is responsible to observe and monitor patients, perform and document practical nursing practice at Regions Hospital, and to provide work direction to ACs and Volunteers; to perform and document dependent functions such as carrying out the physician’s medical orders; to assist physicians with diagnostic and treatment procedures; to provide a safe and therapeutic environment; to coordinate, communicate, interpret, and explain patient care services to the patient, his/her family, health professionals and important others; to perform related duties as assigned.

As a nursing professional you will be empowered to manage your clinical practice and working environment through our Shared Governance Model, which focuses on evidence-based nursing practice.     Work Schedule: 1.0 Day shifts. Monday-Friday

    Required Qualifications: 

    •Completion of an accredited training program for Practical Nursing
    •Licensed as a Practical Nurse by the State of Minnesota
    •CPR for the professional rescuer or BLS for healthcare providers

    Preferred Qualifications:

    •Six months practical nursing (LPN) experience
