    • Work Schedule: Straight Overnight 12-hour shifts & every third weekend
    • Hours Per Week/FTE: 30 hrs weekly / 0.75 FTE

    • Pay Range Statement: Compensation is based on the level and requirements of the role. Pay within our ranges may also be determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, location, and abilities as well as internal equity. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation based on role (e.g., shift differential, bonus, sales incentive, productivity pay, etc.).

    Methodist Hospital is looking to hire a Registered Nurse to join our Med Surg Float Pool team! Come join us as a Partner for Good and help us make an impact on the care and experience that our patients and their families receive every day.

    Position Summary: The Registered Nurse (RN) manages the episode of patient care in partnership with persons, care givers, groups and other providers to reach a shared goal of delivering safe, quality health care. This patient care may be through direct care by the RN, or it may be through coordinating and supervising patient care delegated to, Nursing Assistants and other unlicensed assistive personnel.

    Work Schedule: 0.75 FTE, Straight Overnight 12-hour shifts & every third weekend

    Required Qualifications:

    Completion of an associate, baccalaureate, or master’s degree program in Nursing.  BSN preferred and generally expected that BSN is obtained within 2 years of hire.

    • Valid Minnesota Registered Nurse License
    • BLS provider status in accordance with American Heart Association (AHA) guidelines

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Demonstrates knowledge of age-related growth and development principles necessary to provide appropriate service and assure safety of patients
