We’re looking for an exceptional closer to help us scale one of Healthpreneur’s fastest-growing offers.

Healthpreneur is an established company with more than 1,300 clients and over $217 million in client-generated revenue.

Our YouTube Authority Engine™ is our latest offering (released early 2026) with very big upside ($100M revenue projected by 2029).

You will be joining an experienced team with strong client results, significant marketing investment, and an ambitious plan to build a category-leading service.

There are no cold calls or prospecting.

Your calendar will consist of inbound applicants (ads to VSL to call funnel) who have expressed interest in growing their authority through YouTube.

As with any offer, not every applicant will be qualified, ready, or appropriate for the service. However, since inception, 73.5% of all calls booked have been qualified (>$50k-$100k/month revenue) with a 64% show rate. Close rate has varied (amongst reps) from 17% to 34%.
On average, you'll be speaking with $1M+ practice owners who want to scale their business.

Your job is to determine who is a genuine fit, conduct excellent discovery, challenge unclear thinking, and help qualified prospects make a confident decision.

As your performance is demonstrated, you will earn access to greater call volume and higher-priority opportunities.

The Role
As a Sales Representative for the YouTube Authority Engine™, you'll conduct 45-minute calls with qualified applicants and determine whether they're a strong fit for our premium done-for-you service.

Your role isn't to convince people. It's to diagnose whether they're ready, challenge their thinking when appropriate, and help them confidently arrive at the right decision.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 45-minute video sales calls via Zoom.
• Follow our proven consultative sales framework.
• Help qualified prospects make a confident yes or no decision whenever possible.
• Clearly communicate the YouTube Authority Engine process, expectations, and investment.
• Maintain accurate CRM notes and reporting.
• Participate in daily and/or weekly High Performance Practice, call reviews, and ongoing coaching.
• Continuously improve through feedback and role play.
• Work directly with our CEO for live feedback on your calls and daily coaching to get you up to full KPI as quickly as possible.

Results

Success in this role is measured by your ability to:

• Develop toward a 25%+ close rate on conducted calls.
• Help prospects reach clear decisions rather than manufacturing unnecessary follow-ups.
• Deliver a positive experience that builds trust in the Healthpreneur brand.
• Implement coaching quickly and demonstrate measurable improvement.

Requirements

• 2+ years selling high-ticket consulting, coaching, agency, SaaS, or advisory services.
• Strong understanding of business & marketing fundamentals so you can excel in a "business" conversation with savvy business owners.
• Exceptional communication and listening skills.
• Strong consultative selling ability.
• Comfortable handling difficult objections and challenging prospects respectfully.
• Highly coachable and committed to continuous improvement.
• Competitive, accountable, and driven by excellence.
• Full-time availability (weekends are optional but a great opportunity)
• Big plus if you understand the health industry

Compensation

This is a 100% commission-based, independent contractor role.

New representatives complete an initial training and ramp period (which has you taking your first 2 calls per day within 3-5 days).

During ramp, call volume is limited to 1-3 calls per day so we can provide immediate feedback and coaching before flooding your calendar with the highest quality leads.

Additional volume and higher-priority leads are earned through demonstrated performance, reliability, and coachability.

At full productivity, our target is to provide elite reps with enough opportunity to conduct approximately 4–5 calls per day.

At that volume, representatives who consistently close 25% or more can earn $250,000+ annually under our commission structure.
