    • Contribute creative ideas that elevate content quality and enhance the reader experience.

    Qualifications (What We're Looking For)

    • 3+ years of editorial experience in book publishing, magazines, digital media, or a related content environment, or equivalent experience.
    • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with exceptional attention to detail.
    • Experience performing developmental editing and line editing on long-form content.
    • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
    • Creative thinker who brings fresh, innovative ideas while maintaining an established editorial voice.
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
    • This is a remote, part-time position (20 hours per week).

The hourly rate for this role is $75.00 per hour. This position is not eligible for bonus or commission compensation. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
