Assistant Group Home Manager

As our Assistant Group Home Manager, you'll play a crucial role in our residential services program, shaping the daily lives of our residents while developing your leadership skills. This isn't just a job – it's an opportunity to build meaningful relationships and make a lasting difference in your community!  The Assistant Group Home Manager manages and directs the operations of the home in the absence of the Program Director and works second shift.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Non Probationary Driver's License
• Two years experience working in group homes
• One year management experience, preferred
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Must be organized and have professional written and verbal skills
