• Non Probationary Driver's License
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 3 years Management experience
• 5 years working with intellectual and developmental disabilities
• Superior knowledge of DDD regulations
• Organization skills
• Microsoft Office
• Staff training and scheduling
