Heart to Heart Behavioral Services is looking for a bilingual Spanish/English Behavior Technician (BT) to provide ABA services in clients' homes.
This is a part-time, after-school position for someone who is compassionate, dependable, and comfortable working one-on-one with children and families.
The Behavior Technician will implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA and help children develop meaningful communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.
What You'll Do
- Provide direct ABA services in clients' homes.
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising BCBA.
- Teach communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
- Use positive reinforcement and evidence-based ABA strategies.
- Collect accurate data during each session.
- Communicate client progress and concerns to the supervising BCBA.
- Communicate effectively with Spanish- and English-speaking clients and families.
- Build a positive and professional relationship with the child and family.
- Follow BCBA direction and incorporate clinical feedback.
- Maintain appropriate professional boundaries while working in the client's home.
- Maintain client confidentiality and follow company and safety policies.

- Sessions scheduled based on client and family needs
Compensation & Training
$22–$27/hour, based on experience and qualifications.
Heart to Heart provides support for employees interested in developing their ABA skills and pursuing RBT certification.

Required:
- Fluent in Spanish and English — verbal communication in both languages is required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At lease 1 year experience working in ABA therapy
- Reliable and dependable attendance.
- Comfortable working independently in a home environment.
- Comfortable working with children and families.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow treatment plans and accept feedback.
- Willingness to continue learning ABA principles and techniques.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes.
