What You'll Be Doing
- Safely operate a ready-mix truck to deliver concrete products to customer job sites.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs.
- Provide excellent customer service while ensuring on-time and accurate deliveries.
- Operate truck-mounted equipment to load, unload, and deliver materials safely.
- Follow all company, DOT, and safety regulations while maintaining quality standards.
What Are We Looking For
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a safe driving record.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety, reliability, and responsible vehicle operation.
- Ability to perform equipment inspections and complete required documentation accurately.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Capability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing job site conditions.
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
What We Offer
- $20.60 to $25.67 per hour
- Candidates with one year or more of RMC experience are eligible for a $1,500 sign-on bonus, payable after 90 days of successful employment.
