What You'll Be Doing
- Support quarry and plant operations by performing a variety of production, maintenance, and housekeeping tasks.
- Safely operate mobile equipment and assist with material handling activities throughout the site.
- Conduct routine inspections and identify equipment or operational issues for timely resolution.
- Maintain clean, organized work areas to promote a safe and efficient operation.
- Collaborate with plant personnel to support production goals and continuous improvement initiatives.
What Are We Looking For
- Demonstrated ability to work safely in a quarry, mining, construction, industrial, or similar environment.
- Capability to operate or learn to operate mobile equipment and production-related machinery.
- Strong work ethic with the flexibility to perform a variety of operational and maintenance support tasks.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills with a commitment to reliability and accountability.
- Ability to identify potential issues, follow procedures, and contribute to safe, efficient operations.
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
