What You'll Be Doing
- Operate hydraulic hammer equipment safely and efficiently to support production goals
- Break oversized rock and material to maintain consistent processing flow
- Perform pre-operational inspections and report equipment issues promptly
- Monitor work areas and adjust operations to maintain safety and productivity
- Follow site procedures and communicate effectively with team members to support operations
What Are We Looking For
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely in an industrial or quarry environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Mechanical aptitude and the ability to identify basic equipment concerns
- Effective communication and teamwork skills in a production-focused setting
- Dependability, initiative, and a willingness to adapt to changing operational needs
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
