Junior Asset Manager

Position Overview:

Assist and support the senior asset managers in all aspects of portfolio and asset management, coordination and supervision of property management, fulfilling reporting requirements and monitoring individual and sub portfolio performance.

Scope of Job:

• Support business planning process
• Support sales and acquisition processes
• Support senior asset managers in day-to-day business, particularly liaison with property managers

• Identification and implementation of capital expenditure measures

• Maintain / improve documentation of portfolio

• Compiling reports for fund manager/investors

• Perform portfolio, single asset or sub-portfolio analysis

• Relevant German real estate qualification
• Previous experience in a residential or commercial property/asset management role
• Advances knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Ability to analyse and present
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Power Point
• Very good command of spoken and written English
• Able to use own initiative
• Must be detail orientated and able to set priorities
• An effective team player who is self-motivated, industrious and work well under pressure
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
