• Coordinating the quality management system in accordance with IATF 16949
• Coordinating the environmental and occupational health and safety management system in accordance with ISO 14001 and 45001 for the purpose of integrating it into the factory’s management system
• Developing, implementing, and maintaining the management system in accordance with organizational objectives, customer requirements, and industry standards to ensure continuous improvement and customer satisfaction
• Ensuring the management system’s compliance with all relevant regulations and standards by conducting periodic reviews and updates as necessary
• Manage the documentation for the integrated management systems
• Propose a schedule for internal audits to the quality manager. Conduct and monitor internal audits to assess the effectiveness of the management system, identify areas requiring improvement, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Train and guide staff on MS policies, procedures, and principles to promote a culture of quality throughout the organization
• Collaborate with various departments to strengthen the MS
• Participate in internal and external audits (quality, environment, occupational health and safety)
• Organizing and coordinating quality management meetings to evaluate the performance of the quality management system and identify opportunities for improvement
• Analyzing quality performance indicators and initiating improvement actions as needed
Ihr Profil
· College graduate (Engineering or related field);
· Good knowledge of the requirements of IATF 16949 (required), ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and VDA
· Experience with management systems (automotive experience required)
· Knowledge of internal auditing (certified auditor—a plus)
· Analytical and organizational skills
· Intermediate to advanced English
· Communication skills; ability to work in a team; good mentor.
· Experience with quality tools (FMEA, 8D, SPC, MSA, etc.)
