Partner Marketing Manager

Our client in the global professional services industry is looking for a Partner Marketing Manager to lead joint marketing programmes with key ecosystem partners, strengthen relationships, elevate UK market presence, and drive measurable business growth.

The role will involve working closely with UK Marketing, Ecosystem, Sales, Partner Marketing, Industry Marketing, and partner teams to develop integrated programmes and tactics that position the organisation and its partners at the forefront of business and technology innovation. The ideal candidate will bring strong stakeholder management, commercial acumen, collaboration, and a focus on delivering impactful results.

What you will do:

• Develop and execute joint marketing programmes and tactics with strategic ecosystem partners.
• Build trusted relationships with partner marketing teams and leaders across priority partnerships.
• Create and manage integrated marketing plans that support business priorities, growth targets, and market positioning.
• Lead the delivery of co-marketing activities, including thought leadership, campaigns, executive events, sponsorships, client experiences, content, and digital programmes.
• Work closely with Industry and Service Marketing teams, Partner Marketing teams, and relevant partner organisations to identify opportunities for market differentiation and joint value creation.
• Drive collaboration across multiple stakeholder groups, ensuring alignment on objectives, messaging, investment, and outcomes.
• Manage partner marketing budgets and marketing development funds where applicable.
• Report to the UK Head of Marketing on an ongoing basis to ensure alignment with the UK Marketing strategy.
• Activate partner events in the UK.
• Track and report on performance against key metrics, including engagement, influence, pipeline contribution, and return on investment.
• Identify innovative ways to amplify the organisation's ecosystem story and strengthen the impact of strategic partnerships in the market.
• Ensure all activities align with brand standards, marketing governance, and business priorities.

• Bring significant experience in B2B marketing, partner marketing, alliance marketing, or ecosystem marketing.
• Demonstrate experience developing and delivering integrated marketing programmes that drive measurable business outcomes.
• Possess strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships across senior internal and external audiences.
• Demonstrate the ability to manage complex programmes across multiple teams and priorities.
• Bring strong commercial understanding and experience aligning marketing activity to growth objectives.
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Possess strong project management and organisational capabilities.
• Apply data and insights to optimise marketing performance and demonstrate impact.
• Demonstrate a proactive, collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, matrixed environment.
• Bring knowledge of the technology, consulting, or professional services sector.
