The RoleYou will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing key accounts, and building long-term partnerships with
coffee equipment dealers, distributors, roasters, and other industry partners.
Key responsibilities:- Drive sales performance and achieve annual commercial targets.
- Manage, retain, and grow existing customer relationships.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and key accounts.
- Develop and implement market-specific sales strategies.
- Support product launches and local marketing initiatives.
- Conduct product presentations, demos, and sales training.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive developments.
- Work closely with regional and global teams throughout the sales process.
Dein Profil
What We’re Looking For- Proven sales experience within the coffee industry, ideally with a coffee equipment dealer, manufacturer, distributor, roaster, or related business.
- Strong understanding of the local coffee market and industry network.
- Demonstrated ability to develop business and achieve sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Commercially minded, proactive, and self-driven.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with international teams.
- Genuine passion for coffee, technology, and innovation.
