About this Position
Plays a lead role managing the team, delivering technical service capabilities, demonstrating strong value through our technical expertise coordinating efforts from application center, analytical group and PD team, as well as other internal areas
What you´ll do
- Lead the technical service team
- Team Success in product recommendations, new product demonstrations, troubleshooting, customer assistance
- Value proposition development
- High level support for Key Accounts at critical MX customers as well as global key accounts
- Works with application equipment and technology development to provide innovative solutions to enhance customer adhesive related processes
- Manages TCS workflow (including prioritization and reporting) to meet customer, internal and market needs expectations
- Responsible for the success of technical training of Henkel team members (Sales, TCS, Marketing, etc.) including development of new/modified training
- Responsible for customer technical training via appropriate formats: academies, webinars, at customer site, at Henkel facilities, white papers, etc.
- Drives success of both Packaging and labeling projects
- Drives Technical Service direction with regional Sales, Marketing, PD, Product Management leads and BD
- To manage KPI results and drives innovation and continuous improvement
- Facilitates expertise and personal skill development of direct reports through internal and external training, project opportunities, mentoring/coaching and any other relevant approaches
- Complies with all Henkel and regulatory requirements for safety, legal and environmental areas
