What you´ll do
- Business Leadership role focused on near-term planning, execution, and day-to-day performance of the segment.
- Includes financial performance, operational optimization, cost management, business planning and forecasting, implementation of: pricing, profitability, portfolio management, business improvement initiatives, and supply chain efficiency/effectiveness.
- Helps to drive all go-to-market initiatives.
- Deliver Financial performance of the segment.
- Manages the Business from a day-to-day tactical perspective.
- Execution of Business Plans – drives Go-To-Market tactics.
- Drive Innovation pipeline – ADP process.
- Pricing, Product, and Portfolio Management initiatives.
- Supply chain and AO planning and execution.
- Optimization of cost contributors (freight, Raw materials, Manufacturing, etc.).
- Develop high-level relationships with customers.
- Implement and drive KSIs.
- Project Management of segment initiatives.
- Work with suppliers and OEM’s to create competitive advantage.
- Day to day interaction with AE, BD, Sales, and KAM for the segment.
- Drive customer experience for the segment.
- Supports Mexico and Channels for Segment specific issues.
