About this Position
Align with internal and external stakeholders promising debonding concepts and develop innovative debonding technologies in the laboratory to accomplish Henkel Adhesive Technologies goals (medium & long term).
What you´ll do
- Collect internal debonding needs and align existing project know-how and learnings to develop new mid and long-term debonding technology direction
- Investigate and develops promising debonding technologies in the laboratory
- Screen and analyze external debonding ideas, technologies and concepts for potential technical development projects
- Monitor the scientific literature and strengthens Henkels IP position in the field of debondable adhesives
- Manage and lead the assigned R&D lab infrastructure according to legal requirements, rules and regulations
- Work in an agile technology development department to develop advanced technologies that can be scaled within the next 5 years
- Be a driver for debonding technologies and proactively reach out to internal and external partners
