    About this Position

    The Executive - Digital Operations will support digital transformation and Industry 4.0 initiatives at the Chennai manufacturing site. This role focuses on data analytics, dashboard development, digital tool implementation, process digitization, and operational improvement projects. The incumbent will work closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, IT, and Operations teams to enhance productivity, visibility, and decision-making through digital solutions.

    What you´ll do

    • Support implementation and maintenance of Industry 4.0 and digitalization initiatives across manufacturing operations.
    • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance tracking tools using Power BI, Excel, and other analytics platforms.
    • Analyze manufacturing and operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
    • Assist in digital tool deployment for manufacturing and logistics processes, including data collection and visualization platforms.
    • Support integration of manufacturing data with business systems such as SAP and other operational technologies.
    • Participate in continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, and productivity enhancement projects.
      Support cost optimization and cost avoidance initiatives through data-driven insights.
    • Assist in process mapping, value stream mapping, and digitization of operational workflows.
    • Monitor KPIs and prepare regular performance reports for plant leadership.
    • Collaborate with Henkel Dx/IT and engineering teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of digital solutions.

    What makes you a good fit

    • Minimum 2 years of experience in Digital Operations, Manufacturing Analytics, Production Excellence, Industrial Automation, or Manufacturing IT.
    • Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
    • Exposure to Industry 4.0, digital manufacturing, or process automation projects is desirable.
    • Bachelor's degree in engineering (IT, Industrial, related discipline). Additional certification in Data Analytics, Power BI, Python, Industry 4.0, or Digital Manufacturing is preferred
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Data-driven decision-making capability
    • Good communication and presentation skills
