- Own and grow the Ulta business, managing day-to-day account performance and delivering sales objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Ulta buying teams and key stakeholders.
- Lead account planning, forecasting, budgeting, and business reviews to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Develop and execute strategies that drive distribution, placement, promotions, and retail sales.
- Leverage business insights, market trends, and competitive analysis to support decision-making and account growth.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Education, Supply Chain, and other internal teams to execute key initiatives and product launches.
- Operate independently, proactively solving challenges and driving continuous improvement across the business.
