Henkel’s Leadership Experience and Development Program is a 24-month rotational program starting in August 2027 designed to develop future generations of business leaders in finance and business controlling. As a participant in the program, you will rotate through multiple business functions within the business.
- Lead and deliver projects as outlined in the project charters and plans
- Drive the completion of projects on time, within budget, and within scope
- Measure, track and report on project performance and milestones
- Proactively identifie and address areas for improvements as well as risks and countermeasures
- Act as link between project team and project sponsor
- Prepare and align the deliverables with both the project team and project sponsor
- Provide timely and regular status updates to project sponsor and steering committee
- Identify and bring to timely resolution project risks and issues, and escalates issues to the sponsor as needed
- Set up and ensure execution of project communication plan
- Lead the project team and effectively delegates tasks
