About this Position
The Trade Marketing & Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of trade marketing initiatives while ensuring operational excellence across commercial activities. This role serves as a key liaison between Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams to drive business growth, enhance brand visibility, improve customer engagement, and ensure the successful execution of promotional and commercial strategies across channels.
What you´ll do
- Support the development and execution of trade marketing programs aligned with business and commercial objectives.
- Coordinate the implementation of promotional activities, product launches, and customer programs across channels.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure effective execution of trade plans and maximize return on investment.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, promotional effectiveness, market trends, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage trade marketing materials, POS assets, and promotional inventories to ensure timely availability and deployment.
- Coordinate demand and operational requirements with Supply Chain and other internal stakeholders to support business continuity.
- Track and control trade marketing budgets, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with company guidelines.
- Support category management initiatives through data analysis, reporting, and performance tracking.
- Prepare and maintain commercial reports, dashboards, and presentations for business reviews and decision-making.
- Ensure master data accuracy and support operational processes related to pricing, promotions, new product introductions, and customer activities.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies within trade marketing and commercial operations.
- Support the implementation of projects, organizational initiatives, and best practices across the business.
