This position is with our Adhesive Technologies business unit – where we empower our people to transform industries and provide our customers with a competitive advantage through adhesives, sealants and functional coatings.

- Implement growth plans and pipeline management that are commensurate with the overall strategic directives of the business.
- Work to establish a complete target list, documenting growth potential by application and location. Including collaborating with distribution partners to help drive new opportunities
- Drive new Sales through all prospecting vehicles, including (but not limited to) lead generation lists, OEM leads, and distribution partners. Actively working with Henkel’s Inside Sales (Grow) team and Marketing insights.
- Able to coordinate efforts with Henkel’s Inside Sales (Protect) team to properly support your existing territory’s customers effectively.
- Have/Develop knowledge of the market and on the major applications & technologies that are typically found in the assigned market areas.
- Effectively communicates progress and needs to the management team.
- Become competent with and utilize Henkel’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to manage the sales and customer management processes.
- Recognize competitive forces and prepare sales strategies to offset them
