About this Position
To ensure uninterrupted and cost-effective supply of products from third-party manufacturing partners by developing and managing supply plans aligned with demand, inventory requirements, production capacities, and business priorities. The role is responsible for coordinating with 3PMs, procurement, demand planning, logistics, and other stakeholders to ensure timely production and availability of products while optimizing inventory levels and minimizing supply risks.
What you´ll do
- Manage the overall production planning process for the dedicated business portfolio assigned.
- Should be able to prepare Master Production schedule and also weekly Production plans.
- Should be able to manage and Optimize inventory levels
- Creates a balanced rough cut capacity plan on a rolling basis.
- Works with 3PM team on output of dedicated manufacturing assets.
- Subcon PO management.
- Coordination for JIT Deliveries to OEMs
- Works closely with Business Planners, Customer Service on stock allocation
- Knowledge about SNP & SAP planning parameters.
- Manages supply bottlenecks and similar issues.
- Lead actions on OSMI reduction and avoidance
- Drives monthly Supply Review meetings with 3PM
- Drives 3PM OTIF improvement & sustain to desired target levels.
- Distribution planning for Finished Products.
