About this Position
As a Territory Sales Engineer, you will drive profitable business growth across your assigned territory by executing strategic sales plans, identifying new opportunities, and building strong customer relationships. You will work closely with customers and distributors to develop a healthy project pipeline, promote value-based solutions, and achieve ambitious sales targets.
This role requires a proactive, customer-focused professional who can effectively manage sales performance, implement pricing strategies, strengthen distributor capability, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver sustainable growth and maximize profitability.
What you´ll do
- Execute territory sales plans aligned with regional SBU priorities -short, medium, and long-term growth strategies.
- Develop and execute customer roadmaps to acquire, retain, and grow key accounts as well as drop by drop customers
- Identify, manage, and close growth opportunities through the CRM platform (Salesforce).
- Implement pricing actions to improve profitability and product visibility.
- Territory planning, sales forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM usage.
- Develop value-based solutions and communicate financial benefits using value calculators
- Distributor management and coaching distributor sales teams
- Coordinate closely with Internal stake holders
- Execute Effective Group selling activities
- Execute Distributor performance reviews & MOM’s
