    • **Jump into action** supporting patient care by assisting with vital signs, EKG monitoring, and other technical tasks under the guidance of our nursing and provider team
    • **Be the helping hand** patients need—assist with patient positioning, comfort measures, and basic care needs while they're in our care
    • **Keep things moving** by helping prepare treatment areas, restocking supplies, and ensuring equipment is ready to go when our clinical team needs it
    • **Communicate like a pro** with patients and families, answering questions and providing reassurance during their ER visit
    • **Work as a team player** collaborating closely with nurses, providers, and other ER staff to deliver excellent patient care
    • **Stay sharp** by following all safety protocols, infection control procedures, and maintaining a clean, organized treatment environment
    • **Lend a hand** with patient transport, documentation support, and other tasks that keep the ER operating at peak efficiency
    • **Embrace the energy** of emergency medicine—no two days are the same, and you'll be part of a dynamic team that thrives on helping people when they need it most

All duties performed under the direct supervision of a registered nurse or Provider, within your scope of practice.

**What You'll Bring to the Team:**

    **Must-Haves:**

    • High School diploma or GED equivalent—your foundation for success

    • Completion of a formal Medical Assistant program
    • Completion of a formal nursing education program (2-year degree or higher)
    • Completion of a formal medical doctor education program
    • OR one (1) year of applicable Emergency Room Technical experience (with applicable certification/program completed within 12 months of hire)

    **Ready to Thrive:**

    • Willingness to embrace our 180-day orientation period—we'll invest in your success
    • Ability to work under the direct supervision of registered nurses and providers within your scope of practice
    • Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety, infection control, and professional excellence

    **Nice-to-Haves:**

    • Previous Emergency Department Technician or Medical Assistant experience
    • EMT license
    • Passion for emergency medicine and a track record of thriving in fast-paced environments

If you've got the core qualifications and the drive to make a real impact in emergency care, we want to hear from you!
