- **Keep Things Moving:** Process specimens, enter orders, and transport lab materials like a pro, all while following our established procedures
- **Be a Point-of-Care Testing Star:** Perform quick, accurate testing that helps patients get answers fast
- **Create Great Experiences:** Interact with patients, lab staff, and caregivers with genuine courtesy and professionalism—because a smile goes a long way in healthcare
- **Work Independently (With Support):** Take ownership of your tasks under limited supervision, showing initiative and reliability every single day
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- High school graduate or equivalent required.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and demonstrate exceptional customer service skills is required.
- A minimum of six months experience in phlebotomy is required
