    $2,000 sign on Bonus

    Job Title

    Medical Assistant

    Urogynecology

    Work Schedule

    This position is Monday through Friday, with 8-hour shifts. Available shift times include:

    • 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

    • 7:45 a.m. – 4:15 p.m.

    • 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

    No weekend requirement.

    Role Overview

    As a Medical Assistant, you play a vital role in providing quality and compassionate care to patients. You will support providers and nursing leadership by performing administrative and clinical tasks, ensuring a seamless patient experience. Your contributions directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of patient care.

    What You Will Do

    • Greet and escort patients to the exam room.
    • Obtain and record medical histories.
    • Measure and record vital signs.
    • Prepare patients for examinations and procedures.
    • Assist providers during examinations and procedures.

    What You Will Need

    Required Qualifications

    • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
    • Additional Requirements:

      Graduate of a Medical Assistant program with completion of a formal clinical externship (160 hour minimum). OR

      Graduate from a Medical Assistant program without completion of a clinical externship but with a minimum one-year experience in clinical medical assisting within the past five (5) years. OR

      Current Professionally Recognized Medical Assistant Certification with a minimum of five (5) years of experience in clinical medical assisting. OR Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). OR

      Licensed Paramedic/Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) with at least one-year clinical experience in clinical medical setting within the past five (5) years. OR

      Military trained medical personnel with at least one-year clinical experience in clinical medical setting within the past five (5) years.

    • Current BLS-C certification upon hire or successful completion by the end of orientation.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Basic computer knowledge and keyboarding skills.
    • EPIC (Electronic Medical Record) experience.
