What You Will Do
- Evaluate and treat inpatient and outpatient cardiovascular medicine patients under the direction of the cardiologist, providing comprehensive clinical care across both settings.
- Dedicate 50% of your time to inpatient consults and follow-up patients, with 2-3 inpatient follow-up clinics scheduled per week, ensuring continuity of care for hospitalized patients.
- Dedicate 50% of your time to outpatient cardiovascular medicine, delivering diagnostic and therapeutic services in the clinic setting.
- Become a diagnostic detective! Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with various cardiovascular conditions—no two days are exactly alike, and that's what makes this role exciting.
- Be the patient whisperer. Educate patients and their families about their medical conditions and care plans in a way that actually makes sense (and maybe even makes them smile).
