    Role Overview

    As a Physician Access Coordinator, you will serve as a strategic liaison between community physicians, patients, families, and internal departments. Your role is critical in optimizing patient access, enhancing physician engagement, and improving operational efficiency. You will lead initiatives that support seamless navigation, service excellence, and data-informed decision-making, working with high autonomy and cross-functional collaboration.

    Required Qualifications:

    • High School diploma required.
    • Five (5) years of progressively more responsible experience in healthcare operations, patient access, or physician relations.
    • Proven ability to lead initiatives, manage complex workflows, and collaborate across departments.
    • Advanced proficiency in medical electronic systems (Epic preferred) and data documentation.
    • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
    • Demonstrated excellence in customer service, communication, and cultural sensitivity.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Post high school education or training preferred.

    Afternoon Shift - Full-Time - 40 hours/week

    1:30pm - 10:00pm
