Join our oncology team and launch your nursing career in one of healthcare's most rewarding specialties! As a Registered Nurse in Medical Surgical-Oncology, you'll take the lead in delivering compassionate, evidence-based care to cancer patients and their families during their most critical moments. You'll apply the full nursing process—assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to develop individualized care plans, coordinate care delivery, and mentor patients and families through their treatment journey. You'll collaborate with our interdisciplinary healthcare team to communicate vital patient information, solve complex clinical challenges, and continuously improve outcomes. This is your opportunity to grow your clinical expertise, develop specialized oncology knowledge, and make a meaningful difference in patients' lives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Deliver high-quality, compassionate patient care using the nursing process to assess patient needs, develop comprehensive care plans, and evaluate outcomes
    • Provide direct patient care and delegate tasks effectively while supervising care delivery and maintaining thorough documentation
    • Educate patients and families about their diagnosis, treatment options, side effect management, and self-care strategies
    • Communicate clearly and professionally with patients, families, and the healthcare team to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care
    • Identify variances from patient goals and actively participate in developing and implementing solutions to optimize care
    • Demonstrate clinical knowledge and analytical thinking to formulate effective nursing interventions tailored to oncology patients
    • Embrace continuous learning in oncology nursing and contribute to a supportive, collaborative team environment

    EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

    • BSN preferred.
    • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
