Status: 24 hours per week; 7:00 am to 7:30 pm with alternating weekend schedule
GENERAL SUMMARY:
Provides leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality compassionate patient care. Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, to provide, delegate, supervise and document care and teaching of patients and family. Effectively communicates pertinent patient/family information to health care team. Participates in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and ensures implementation of solutions.

CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURES REQUIRED:
Unit 3100 – Medical/Surgical Telemetry Unit – Medical Surgical Telemetry, 30 private bed unit. We provide care to a wide variety of med/surg patients with and without telemetry needs.
