HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE: (Responsibilities and tasks associated with the job) *limit to 8-10 bullets 岗位职责：（与工作相关的职责和任务）*至多8-10条• Focus on electircal work of engineering/maintenance in the plant as electrical responsible personnel, to solve the failure with technicians when happened• Electrical leader for current equipment improvement and new investment projects• Unscheduled down time analysis/report and carry out action plan, ensure the downtime rate within the limit target set by department• Regular update the PM manual to enusre the stability of all the equipment• Join the Lean Program and CI projects in production line to enhance the stability/efficiency• Site technical guide and skills training of electrical failures for technicians• Join the multi-skill program and improve the maintenace skills according to plan • Spare parts storage forecast and build up• Other tasks assigned by supervisor or manager, and report the process & result in time
