The Opportunity
Le/la stagiaire sera intégré(e) au sein du Département "Énergie & Infrastructure" et assistera dans ce cadre lesmembres de l'équipe.Il/elle sera impliqué(e) dans des projets pétroliers, miniers, d’énergie renouvelable et d’infrastructure en Afrique.Dans ce contexte, il/elle aura l’occasion de travailler sur des questions relatives au droit des obligations, au droitdes contrats, au droit des sociétés, au droit minier, au droit pétrolier, au droit OHADA et à la règlementation deschanges.Le/la stagiaire sera, de façon graduelle, intégré(e) au travail sur les dossiers de l'équipe et ses missions serontdiverses, allant des recherches à la rédaction de documents juridiques. L'activité du département concerne aussi bien les transactions et projets nationaux qu'internationaux dans :l'ensemble des secteurs liés à l'énergie : exploration/production en matière d'hydrocarbures et de mines, la réglementation liée à la production, au transport et à la fourniture d'électricité (énergies renouvelables,nucléaire) et de gaz naturel ;les infrastructures: de la gestion de l'eau, de télécommunications et de transports (voies ferrées, autoroutes, aéroports et ports).Le département intervient dans différents projets auprès de clients industriels, investisseurs ou prêteurs à tous lesstades de la vie d'un projet. Enfin, le département accompagne les clients dans leurs relations avec les différentesautorités administratives et le cas échéant dans le cadre de contentieux devant les juridictions administratives. Le cabinet recherche en priorité un(e) stagiaire disposant d'un cursus en droit des affaires, privé, international, d'une expérience en cabinet d'avocats et d’un très bon niveau d'anglais.Team
