- The Construction Superintendent oversees all phases of a construction project from initial planning to completion.
- Manages job sites and projects with professional Construction Superintendent skills.
- Responsibilities Quality control for all trades.
- Ensure job-site housekeeping is maintained.
- Able to communicate well with Project Manager and Subcontractors.
- Responsible for safety program compliance.
- Responsible for scope of work verification of subcontractors.
- Must have a proven track record as a Commercial Construction Superintendent
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record with a GC, Commercial Construction Company while being professional and a motivated self-starter
- A minimum of 10 years proven successful Commercial construction Superintendent experience.
- Degree required but experience is considered.
- Must be computer literate, possess the ability to manage multiple projects at one time, efficiently, accurately, on schedule, within budget, and with a high degree of quality.
- Possess knowledge of a variety of construction standards, methods, and procedures.
- Dependable with a stable work history, and have exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Able to work in a fast paced, time sensitive, team environment.
