Job Description:

If you can’t stop thinking, talking and learning about food, we’ve got your in to a from-scratch kitchen. Our cooks focus on large-batch prep, including stocks, sauces, breads and meats. And the music’s always playing in the kitchen (but it’ll be a minute ’til you get to play your favorite songs). Here at Tröegs, we do things like bake our own breads, cure our own bacon and pipe our own sausage. That means an ambitious prep cook who proves him or herself punching fries will have opportunities to learn new skills and help execute the vision of our chefs.
