SUMMARY

HexArmor is seeking a Demand Generation Specialist to join our Revenue Operations team as a critical player in our own growth initiatives. The role will report to the Demand Generation Manager and work with the entire Marketing & Design Team to launch campaigns on time and within the outlined budget. Ideal candidates will have great communication skills paired with an ability to dive into the details to ensure programs are tracking to revenue outcomes.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Complete end-to-end coordination and management of demand generation programs including planning, promotion, execution, optimization, and reporting for programs
• Plan and execute integrated demand generation campaigns across SEO, SEM, paid social, paid display, and CTV channels
• Develop channel strategies that align keyword, audience, media, messaging, and targeting approaches with campaign objectives and priority customer segments
• Understand the buyer personas and target marketing activities along with the buying cycle
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies and work with the team to implement them
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop search-informed content, campaign creative, and landing pages that improve visibility, engagement, and conversion
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
• Evaluate emerging technologies. Provided thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• Demonstrated experience leading and managing SEO, SEM, paid social, paid display, and/or CTV campaigns
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Experience leveraging AI tools to improve marketing workflows, increase efficiency, and support the development and optimization of marketing content.
• Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
• Dependable, hardworking team player with excellent verbal and communication skills
• Willingness to pivot when needed to complete the crucial task for the business
• Problem solver with a high standard of performance for self

COMPENSATION
