In Stade, bei Hamburg, produzieren wir mit derzeit 160 Beschäftigten sogenannte „prepregs“ für die Luftfahrtindustrie: Verbundmaterialien aus speziell entwickelten Harzen, verstärkt mit Fasern aus Kohlenstoff.

Key Account Manager Aerospace Central Europe (dfm)
mit Sitz in Deutschland, gern in Stade oder im süddeutschen Raum um Augsburg oder München.
Deine Aufgaben:
- Achieve or exceed the target level of sales, maintaining the planned level of profitability, while working within the agreed sales expense budget. Manage timely payment and reduction of overdue.
- To take the lead in identifying and developing initiatives for new business and new customers resulting in increased market share or market growth.
- Manage the relationship on all hierarchy levels and operational levels between Hexcel and customers/potential customers ensuring that the best possible service is provided to effectively develop and grow new sales while defend existing sales.
- Provide support to the customer in the solution of technical problems ensuring the availability of specialist support where appropriate.
- Provide prompt and accurate information relating to customers and potential customers for the development of research programmes, sales plans and the negotiation of contracts.
- Manage customer complaints and coordinate activities between customer and Hexcel quality departments. Review commercial impact and propose commercial and technical resolution.
Dein Qualifikationsprofil:
- Technical Engineering Master Degree, Diplom-Ingenieur (Uni/TU) or PhD with an in depth understanding of the composites business including the full range of products and their applications.
- proven sales/commercial experience in the aerospace sector of at least 3 years.
- ability to communicate effectively in German and English both orally and in writing
- ability to build personal relationships with a wide range of people.
- driving license for cars
