Kitchen Kettle Village is seeking enthusiastic baristas for the Roasted Rooster. This role focuses on spreading happiness by ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining a clean and organized environment, and efficiently preparing quality coffee drinks and smoothies. The ideal candidate will handle guest transactions accurately while providing outstanding service in a fast-paced atmosphere.

What You'll Do
- Provide outstanding guest service by greeting and acknowledging every guest, maintaining high standards, and demonstrating solid product knowledge
- Record HACCP logs daily to ensure food safety compliance
- Create quality coffee drinks and smoothies with skill and efficiency
- Follow opening, closing, and daily operating/cleaning procedures
- Participate in daily sales promotions to pursue shop goals
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work area at all times
- Assist in keeping condiments and coffee stocked throughout the day
- Accurately handle money transactions and interact professionally with guests
- Balance deposits against daily sales and report any overages or shortages
- Be willing to help in any department as needed (Food Service and Retail)
