MOMs Pretzels Pretzel Shop – Kitchen Kettle Village

Intercourse, Pa | Part-time | $13-$15 per hour + tips (based on experience and availability)

Kitchen Kettle Village is seeking enthusiastic team members for MOMS Pretzels. This role focuses on spreading happiness by ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and efficiently handling guest transactions while meeting food safety standards. The ideal candidate will excel at pretzel baking, guest service, and working in a fast-paced food service environment.

What You'll Do

Provide outstanding guest service by greeting and acknowledging every guest, maintaining high standards, and demonstrating solid product knowledge
Record HACCP logs daily to ensure food safety compliance
Greet every guest in a positive and professional manner
Demonstrate skill and efficiency in properly baking pretzels and handling money
Follow opening, closing, and daily operating/cleaning procedures
Participate in daily sales promotions to pursue shop goals
Maintain a clean and sanitary work area at all times
Assist in keeping condiments and paper supplies stocked and clean
Handle money transactions and interact professionally with guests
Balance deposits against daily sales and report any overages, shortages, or discrepancies
