Job Title: Cytopathologist
Setting: Private Pathology Group (Partnership Track)
Details / Work Schedule and Environment:
-Standard five-day workweek
-Work/Life Balance: 8 AM to 5 PM, with occasional extension to 6 PM
-No weekends

-No grossing and no autopsies
-16 Pathologists currently
-26 years as a private group
-Open to junior Pathologists

Responsibilities, duties and location of the Cytopathology position:
-Share the full scope of general Cytopathology responsibilities and effectively communicate with clinicians and staff.
-The successful candidates will join the other experienced general and subspecialized pathologists.
-Presenting at tumor boards and occasionally teaching staff or residents.
-Serving as CLIA director for clinical laboratories.
-Participating in on-call rotation shared among surgical pathologists.
