Executive Assistant – Full Time

Overview
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant (EA) to support senior leadership in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment. This role is ideal for someone early in their career (2–5 years of experience) who is eager to grow, adaptable, and comfortable working alongside teams focused on emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
- Act as a gatekeeper and liaison, managing communication across internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials with attention to detail and clarity
- Assist with project coordination, ensuring deadlines and priorities are met
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Support event planning, both virtual and in-person
- Anticipate executive needs and proactively solve problems in a dynamic environment
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of professionalism and discretion
- Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn new tools and systems
- Interest in or exposure to AI, technology, or innovation-driven industries is a strong plus
- Self-starter with a growth mindset and willingness to take initiative
