Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately process vehicle sales deals from start to finish
- Manage stock numbers and weekly inventory updates
- Update pricing and equipment details in inventory system
- Maintain and update vehicle listings on our website
- Process purchase documents for used trucks and handle DMV title transfers
- Enter and close purchase orders and reconcile vehicle proposals
- Verify vehicle costs for accounting accuracy
- Schedule drivers and coordinate deliveries
- Communicate with internal departments, customers, and vendors to ensure smooth deal flow
- Submit warranty paperwork and scan delivery receipts
- Support marketing efforts by taking vehicle photos for web listings (preferred but not required)
PHYSICAL/WORK ENVIROMENT:
- Requires sitting for long periods.
