Picture yourself brightening someone’s day. When you join our Hotels team, that’s exactly what you’ll do every time you come to work! You will develop the quality of the Finance function, and provide financial support, advice and expertise to the General Manager and hotel team, to maximize value. As a Finance Manager, you’re not just responsible for all accounting and financial requirements for the hotel – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Responsibilities
Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:
- Financial Controls: Apply best-practice accounting within a strong control framework
- Reporting: Deliver clear, actionable financial insights
- Business Support: Provide commercial and financial guidance to operations
- Technology Use: Improve efficiency through smart IT integration
- Investment: Drive strong returns on capital projects
- Planning & Forecasting: Align budgets with strategic goals and accurate forecasts
- Team Development: Build and grow a capable finance team
- Cash Management: Safeguard liquidity through tight controls
- Cost Efficiency: Help optimize operational cost structures

In addition, this role requires the following minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven experience in a managerial operational accounting role
- Proficient in English (spoken and written) for business communication
- Skilled in hotel systems: OnQ, Check SCM, SUN, OPERA/OnQ PMS, MICROS, HRLINK
- Good communication and analytical skills.
