Food & Beverage Associate

Picture yourself brightening someone's day. When you join our Hotels team, that's exactly what you'll do every time you come to work. As a Food & Beverage Associate, you'll play an essential role in delivering friendly, attentive, and efficient service across our dining outlets.

Whether welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, or ensuring the outlet is ready for service, you'll help create experiences that make every stay special.

Responsibilities

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

· Deliver warm and attentive service: Welcome guests, take orders accurately, serve food and beverages, and respond promptly to guest requests.

· Create memorable guest experiences: Build positive relationships with guests, anticipate their needs, and handle feedback professionally.

· Maintain service excellence: Follow Hilton's service standards and ensure food and beverages are presented and delivered to the highest quality.

· Support smooth outlet operations: Assist with table setup, clearing, resetting, cleaning, and preparing the outlet before, during, and after service.

· Work effectively as a team: Coordinate closely with colleagues, supervisors, kitchen teams, and other departments to ensure seamless service.

· Support revenue and efficiency: Promote menu items and special offers where appropriate, process orders accurately, and minimize wastage.

· Uphold health and safety standards: Follow food safety, hygiene, sanitation, alcohol awareness, and workplace safety procedures at all times.

· Develop your skills: Participate in training and continuously build your knowledge of menus, service techniques, and hospitality standards.

In addition, this role requires the following minimum qualifications:

· Previous experience in food and beverage, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.

· A passion for delivering friendly and attentive guest service.

· Basic knowledge of food and beverage service procedures.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

· Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.

· Positive, team-oriented, and adaptable approach.

· Well-presented, reliable, and committed to maintaining high service standards.

· Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.

· Ability to stand for extended periods and perform the physical requirements of the role.
