Job Title: Customer Business Development Representative
Salary Range: CAD$65,536– CAD$81,920
Working Type: On-Site
PURPOSE OF ROLE
To support the Commercial team in carrying out day to day tasks, data analysis, administrative tasks.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Set up new products, SKUs and product information across retailer systems and internal databases submitted within agreed timelines.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date product, pricing, customer and commercial data.
Support the administration and internal communication of product launches, product delists promotions, LTOs, Rollbacks and other customer activity.
Prepare and maintain commercial reports, trackers and dashboards for the Commercial team.
Analyse sales, volume, pricing and promotional data to identify trends, opportunities and areas of concern.
Support customer submissions, price changes, product amendments and other retailer requirements.
Identify and investigate data discrepancies, ensuring accurate information is maintained across systems.
Provide day-to-day administrative and analytical support to the Commercial team and assist with customer meetings and presentations.
Support ad hoc commercial projects, reporting and analysis to help drive effective decision-making and business performance.
Carry out regular store visits and competitor price checks to monitor market trends, pricing changes, promotions, product positioning and in-store execution, providing insights to support the Commercial team.
KEY EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Experience in a commercial role, ideally working with one of the leading Canadian retailers or equivalent
Experience of working in the food industry
Good communication and strong interpersonal skills
Demonstrable experience of successful internal and external stakeholder relationship management
Ability to build strong working relationships and both internally and externally.
