What You’ll Do

As General Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the resort’s success—leading operations, empowering teams, and delivering exceptional experiences for owners, members, and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspire and lead a motivated, service-driven team focused on excellence
• Elevate guest satisfaction by ensuring top-tier service and resolving issues with care and urgency
• Drive business results through financial planning, budgeting, and performance analysis
• Partner with HR to recruit, develop, and retain top talent while fostering a positive workplace culture
• Oversee property operations, including maintenance, safety, and asset protection programs
• Analyze business performance and implement strategies for continuous improvement
• Collaborate across departments and partners to ensure seamless operations and alignment
• Maintain compliance and quality standards, including audits and corporate policies

What You’ll Bring:

We’re looking for a confident and adaptable leader who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

• 5+ years in hospitality or vacation ownership
• 5+ years of leadership/management experience
• Strong financial, operational, and people leadership skills
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and adaptability
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment

Qualifications

Required:

• High School Diploma/GED
• CPR/AED Certification (or ability to obtain)
• Valid Driver’s License

Preferred:

• Associate’s Degree or higher
• 6+ years of leadership experience in resort operations
