As a Guest Reception Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Your role is crucial in ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for our guests, from check-in to check-out. Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests, ensuring a friendly and efficient check-in process.
- Answer guest inquiries and provide accurate information about resort amenities and local attractions.
- Process guest reservations, handle payments, and manage guest accounts.
- Address guest requests and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring a pleasant guest experience.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate guest services and special requests.
- Handle guest feedback and suggestions, contributing to continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on resort promotions and packages to offer guests the best options.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as filing and record-keeping.
Qualifications
- Must be willing to travel between sites
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant college education preferred.
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
